My brakes were acting oddly and over a few days would unexpectedly "slam on" and later the pedal would go to the floor which was scary. A friend recommended Hometown and I called and went in on a Saturday morning. They checked my brake system and determined it was a broken front brake pad. I had to have new front brakes and rotors -- but did not get overcharged or scammed for parts I didn't need. They were very friendly and had to order and wait for the parts needed. My car was fixed by the early afternoon. Needless to say I am very very happy. It is a great place and I would highly recommend Hometown to anyone.

We found Doug when he worked at his previous shop and loved the service and honest work that was done. Now that he has opened his own shop, we won't go anywhere else. Honest and reliable service that also supports a locally owned family run business - best of both worlds!

The lead mechanic didn't graduate from high school and none of them are ASE certified. Don't go here for anything more than an oil change or a burned out light bulb.

Family owned and operated!! They treat you like family. My first experience was the best of any experience I have had with any dealer of cars. They tell it like it is! I will not go to any repair shop except Hometown auto care for my Mazda.
