When Doug Schmidt took over the case, things happened-and for the good. He produced a great liability settlement. He took my No Fault case to arbitration hearing and got a marvelous result. When they paid the amount of the award, but refused to pay interest as required by law, he took them to District Court and got an order from the Judge making them pay the interest, too.
