love this place my kids had so much fun playing and just having a place to hang out with family

This place is a total rip-off! Not only does the pizza taste like cardboard, but they steal from children in their game room. How sad the owners can live with themselves by setting their arcade games to not payout whenever a child lands on the jackpot! Not only did we have 2 different games that landed on jackpot but did not give us tickets, 3 other people with our party had the same experience. The owner refused to give any of us tickets even when we told them to watch the security tapes to verify the machines had landed on jackpot.



The "prizes" they have available are a joke, but if it makes a kid happy almost every parent will go ahead and spend $5-10 in the arcade. Sadly, not only are the "prizes" usually found in $1 stores and take 200 tickets, but to rip the kids off when they win on the machines too?!?!



We spoke straight to the owners themselves, about the jackpot ticket issue as well as another issue. The owners said "oh well..too bad...you don't ever have to come back" when we complained because they had thrown away our ticket card that was supposed to have been kept for 15 months but was not. Apparently, these nasty, vile thieves will do everything they can to prevent people from winning prizes because it might cost them $1 after the parents spend $50!



To reiterate:



The pizza tastes like cardboard. You can tell they use cheap generic ingredients and very little of them.



The owners steal tickets from young children in order to rip them off and prevent the store from paying out prizes that are earned in their arcade. The arcade is the only reason to even go into the pizza shack to begin with!



Save yourself the heartburn and nausea from bottom of the barrel pizza and nasty, vile owners who have no problems stealing from children and go down the road to the competitors.
