Called for an estimate and inquired of addition services. Woman asked, “Can read? Can you see? Do you have eyeballs? Why are asking? Are you serious lady or stupid?” Then huge up! I was shocked. This experience was unreal! I called back and was sent to voicemail. To think that I was considering to not just do initial business but to see if any additional business could be done. Do NOT think of doing business with a company employing someone unstable to answer phones. Dodged the bullet here!

Called and asked how much for a washer and dryer was. She asked me if i wanted to buy a washer and dryer. I hung up . She text me calling me a jack ass. Ain't getting any of my money.

Bad customer service. Washing mashine broke in 3 months. I called and asked for tech support according to the 6 month in shop warranty. Rose never called or texted back and keeps ignoring my calls.
