Great experience. The doctor is very knowledgeable in his field. The staff is super friendly and take the time to explain all your detail benefits to you. I really appreciate the time the doctor took to get my upper implant done. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone!
Chose this dentist because of their "free whitening" offer for new patients. On the day of the day appointment, was told that they could not do the whitening that day because they didn't have enough time to after the cleaning, but that they would for sure take care of it next time I came. We shook hands, and I left, not thinking much of it. Note that there's only one dentist at this practice.
Next time rolls around, and I booked my appointment and on the day of the appointment I called and asked that they confirm that they would have enough time to do the whitening this time to make up for last time. The receptionist told me that shouldn't be a problem and that she just needed to confirm with the dentist (the same dentist, the only one there), and that she would call me back as soon as she confirms it.
30 minutes go by, then an hour. So I called back.
This time the dentist was just finishing up with another patient, and she would call and let me know in 30 minutes.

This time, the dentist was just finishing up with a patient and she would call back and let me know in 5 minutes.
30 minutes go by, then an hour, then an hour and a half, and I called back again.
And... after all of that, just an hour before my scheduled appointment, was told (by the receptionist, no less) that the dentist would NOT honor the free whitening promotion because, and I quote, "they're under different management now," even though it's the same dentist operating under the same practice name. Unbelievable. Seriously.
I should also advise to be sure to ask for a PREDETERMINATION for every service. First time I went they performed several procedures that my (very good) insurance did not cover with no warning which stuck me with a huge bill.
Needless to say, I'm not going back, even though that's a huge inconvenience after going there as a new patient, getting my xrays done there, and it being right down the street from me.
Dr. Ghattas is professional and personable. His technical expertise and down-to-earth personality make him the optimum solution for your dental needs. His new office has the top of the line equipment and state of the art technology. Also, the support staff is pleasant to deal with in person and over the phone. I highly encourage everyone to become a patient of his practice.
Haven't been to a dentist in a few years because I like to say that I'm busy. But really I'm afraid and haven't found a good one. I found out about Dental Designers via a friend who highly recommended I see Dr. Ghattas. The office has a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone spends time getting to know you. They don't just jump in your mouth. And everyone seems to care. I got a check-up and a cleaning. Dr. Ghattas also took care of a couple of small filling at the same visit. He was very gentle. Overall I was very pleased and scheduled an appointment for tooth whitening next week. I'll update on how that goes ;)
