Eddins Counseling Group is a full service counseling center in Houston offering services for children, teenagers, adults, families, and couples. Our therapists are trained in their respective niche, making our therapy group a specialist practice. We offer services for addictions, anxiety, depression, binge eating, eating disorders and body image, PTSD & trauma, couples, marriage counseling & relationships, parenting, co-parenting, postpartum depression, ADD/ADHD Testing and counseling and more. Group therapy can be a powerful way to learn new skills. We offer several group therapy programs including: anger management skills, making peace with food, DBT skills group for adults and teens, teenage girls talk therapy, pre-adolescent boys and girls groups, trauma recovery, and cogntive behavioral therapy for insomnia group. We offer counseling in English & Spanish.
