My poor little 17 year old Maltese, Pika, was literally butchered at Pampered Pet Inn on Bissonnet on 2/19/2016. . They had brutally shaved the hair between her eyes giving her bruising and cuts When I called to speak to the owner, she was very argumentative and would not agree to pay for the vet bill which would up being almost $100.

For the past year I have been utilizing this business to board and care for my dog when I needed to go out of town. Over the past year, I have boarded him roughly five times. Two out of these five times(one being today), I picked my dog up earlier than expected, without calling to inform anyone that I would be doing so. Both times my dog was covered in dried urine (white coat stained with yellow) and today had dried feces in clumps around his neck. What this tells me is that this business only takes care of the animals within it's care, the day the owners are scheduled to pick them up. I swore that I would never take him back the first time, but the business owner pleaded with me to give them another chance, saying that he would "Take care of the situation", assuring me that it would never happen again. Upon arrival home this evening around 5:30pm, my dog drank an entire bowl of water (dehydration) and has been sleeping since (it is now nearly 11pm). I will not be taking my dog there ever again and I recommend that anyone who loves their pet to do the same.

My name is Missy, a 12-year-old black Lab. I vacation at Pampered Pet Inn on Bissonnet and can't wait to see my friends there when my folks go out of town. They are so nice to me and I feel so good when they give me a bath. It's my FAVORITE PLACE EVER, except of course my own house. Hope I get to see you there.
