Get ready guys this is a long one. I stayed at this particular location at the end of February. My friends boyfriend rented to room, cool? No. On the 28th, I woke up to hotel staff vacating us. No explanation. Well, i am not allowed to get back in and retrieve literally my whole life. 1 suitcase, an xbox and my birth certificate and SSC. We leave and are told we can not re enter to get oyr belongings without the registered guest. Not to mention the manager played the part of a petty 16 year old. EVEN THOUGH WE OFFERED TO PAY. Two days go by and i call and she tells me the "registerefd guest" has been everything sent out via UPS. Completely ignoring the fact that he had illegal substances i had no clue about.... As long as he paid his bill. I emailed corporate 2 days after the incident and its now March 23.... 3 weeks later to tell me oh theres nothing we can do. We dont control the hotel. So let it be known you can illegally buy points for marriot book a room and have drugs.... Get caught..... But as long as you pay you can have all your things back. Never in my life. WILL NEVER STAY WITH MARRIOT AGAIN. AND WILL BE POSTING THIS DAILY ON EVERY TRAVEL SITE UNTIL THEY FIX IT.
