I used them a while back to sell my Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare. I was extremely skeptical at first because once Matt Jacobs found the Buyer and got him locked into the sale I had to put up some money for closing costs. Luckily the sale went through in about 45 days and I received all the fees I paid them to close the deal and get it out of my name finally. Awesome company but their number is wrong, its 281 881 9837 . Granite Financial llc was able to find me the vacation home of my dreams. Everything they said was in writing and my sale closed in just over 100 days.

Matt Jacobs with Granite Financial LLC in Houston, TX was able to find a Buyer for our vacation home which we needed very badly. We could no longer afford the maintenance fees because my husband and myself are on a fixed income and the resort raised the price on the maintenance fees again. Matt Jacobs was a Godsend!!!
