      Matt Jacobs with Granite Financial LLC in Houston, TX was able to find a Buyer for our vacation home which we needed very badly. We could no longer afford the maintenance fees because my husband and myself are on a fixed income and the resort raised the price on the maintenance fees again. Matt Jacobs was a Godsend!!! I don't know what we would have done if he did not contact us. We had to pay a little money to him but we got it all back at closing which took about 100 days or so, Matt and his team were very professional and everything he said was in writing and he explained the contract to us very thoroughly. I would recommend Granite Financial LLC to anyone looking to buy or sell a vacation home. Thanks again Matt.
