My generator is being held hostage. I dropped my generator off August 28 for repairs. Rick the owner charged me $45 and said the turnaround time would be two weeks. I called and spoke to him on September 11. He said he would get to my generator Tuesday or Wednesday and call me with his findings. I didn't hear from him Tuesday or Wednesday, so I called the following Saturday. Rick will not answer calls nor texts. I thought maybe he has Covid. Maybe he's dead. I even went by during business hours, but he was not open. I will continue to try and contact him, but at this point I am considering legal action. He has had my generator for one month. Please do not drop your generator off with this company. Something is not right at this time.

Dropped our generator off on June tent and it is now September 16 with nothing but excuses from the business owner. Cannot reach him for the past month by phone or text.
