i dont get answers from anyone .when i do i am told i need another surgery when i dont.im heathly,lost lbs,can get around go.im not going to the bathroom all the time.since my last surgery with Dr.Drinis.she made feel better.so you please take care of my case and have it done before my 2yrs in Feb.thank you sandra paul-cotton

Never met mr. Mostyn, but have talk to his staff,their all nice and smiles but once you sign that contract,you will never hear a polite word again,unless he needs information to get their half of the money,staff is just beyond rude,the lawyer gets paid first and the you have to wait untill the law firm pays you,good luck on getting somebody to tell you when that will be ,their priority is to collect for themselves,and forget about getting any polite help from the receptionistTHEIR JUST SO RUDE AND IMPOLITE!

Have had nothing but grief Mostyn. They send an attorney to our mediation who was not even familiar with the case, and meet 15 minutes before the mediation. They do not represent your best interest- their best interest and the insurance company they are fighting. Their ads are misleading, practically impossible to reach anyone there by phone. Holding money from a mediation for over 10 days-I Guess so they can use your money for 10 business days in investments-like 40% isn't enough.. A good candidate for a report to the BBB and the Houston Bar Association. I do not feel like a client but merely a number. Horrible experience, did not receive enough money in mediation and settlement to fix my home, yet with their substandard service they still demand 40%. Do yourself a favor and find an independent attorney. We are calling other attorney's to represent our interests better. A paper tiger that lets insurance companies walk all over them!

I can honestly say that Mostyn Law Firm is not like all of the rest. First of all let me say just how I feel about lawyers. What are 10,000 lawyers dead on the bottom of the sea? Answer: A darn good start! We contacted them after getting the royal run around from Texas Windstorm after Hurricane Ike. I never expected anything substantial. I mean you how it is, the deal is a 40/60 split plus expenses. After the split and the expenses, which usually rips any chance of getting enough to really care about, the attorneys usually make out like a bandit and then we would get chump change. NOT WITH MOSTYN!! These guys worked their respective behinds off and got us a settlement that resulted in enough to actually fix our home. They really are the good guys! If you are having any reservations at all about choosing Mostyn then I hope this review will help make your decision. Would I call on them again if I needed help? In a Houston heartbeat!!
