      Progressive's concierge service is outstanding. My son backed his car into my husbands car which resulted in us having two claims at once. The service was fast and the end result was excellent. They even repaired a couple of pre-existing items without charging us. I've had various auto insurance over 35 years and this is, by far, the best.
