At first the service was decent. The owner is the salesman. He will tell you what you want to hear so he could collect money but not complete what he promised. The workers are not the best either. It took them over 6 month from initial deposit before installation. Then the 2 window measurements were wrong after they pull off the existing windows. After all said and done we notice the last two window quality were different so thats when the fun begin. He promised to install interior shutters to cover up the windows Inperfection. 3 months pass by we still havent see the shutters. Calls/ messages left on both his cell and office has not been return. Will report to BBB as well. He also goes by Venture company.
