Totally awesome customer service!! Very accommodating and amazing friendly service from every employee I have encountered!! Very clean and cozy environment!! I LOVE THE BODY WRAPS and would recommend to everyone, just to relax or to help lose those extra inches ( I am down 2 1/2 on my abdomen after just 4 wraps!! I totally love this place!! :-)

Worst service I have ever received! All they care about is squeezing more money out of you, I have lost over $100 to services I never received and they refuse to refund and after canceling and telling them I want nothing to do with their salon again they still billed me for another month! Not only that but the manager called me up one day yelling at me and then hung up! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am a very understanding and chill person but this is just infuriating! I have been tanning for many years and never had a problem with other businesses, also I have been working in customer service for over 8 years and would never ever treat a customer like that! I will be going back to Sunrise in River Falls to tan where I can get great quality and FRIENDLY service for far less than what I was paying at SunWerks.

huge beds, i love the 10 minute orbit bed the most, its spacious, i never get tan lines on my sides, and i really love the facial lamps too! the beds are always warm! i never have to lay on that cold plastic! also i love their Signature Body lotion and Face lotion, it makes my skin seriously baby butt smooth! And when time allows.. the body wrap is the ultimate relaxation on a cold winter's day! burn calories while laying in a bed watching tv! awesome!

good equipment, professional staff, and well kept interior.we go for the spray tanning booth they have. takes 5 min. and works great!
