Purchased a used telelhandler from Grand Equipment. They told me everything that might be wrong with it in their mind, just a few things. I told them I'd been taken advantage of on an internet sale before and was skeptical and I was told not to worry. I received the machine with a dead battery and it wouldn't unload itself off the truck.. Then they confessed to it having a dead battery which they replaced at their shop before shipping but failed to mention that it had a voltage leak. A/C didn't work on arrival, which they told me it did, hydraulics chatter so bad coming down it'll chatter your teeth. They told me that was air in the hyd system and would work itself out. months later it's still there. Machine also has a rear steer problem, and was delivered with a park brake that didn't work. Forgot to mention that the boom also has a slight tweak to it, which they told me was strait when asked. After contacting them right after deliver they've never gotten back to me to see if the problems were resolved. Once they were payed their interest was over. Shame on me for not driving the 1000 miles to see the product before buying, shame on them for taking advantage of a customer.

I have rented from just about every rental equipment dealer in the area and was surprised at the service that the guys at Grand Equipment have provided. As a comercial contractor I know that you need to take good care of the customer and Grand does too! They have all the machines I could possibly need, so I don't need to get a lift from one company and a front end loader from another, which is nice. Thanks Grand Equipment for being such a good parntner!
