I have been using this service to send flowers and gifts to VIetnam for almost two years now. Freindly service although at times finding thier website confusing to use the forms provied to fill out all required information. I believe it would be more useful to customers to have a more streamilned adress and information field in order to enter or change existing address book contacts.
Although having satisfying results with the service mostly, I have had a couple of dissapointing experiences with flowers being delivered unfresh and old. Online help in ordering is a plus for this service, but at times hard to use even getting anyone to answer basic questions. I was very satisfied mostly in this service but on a couple of caes, found the delivery of non-fresh flowers, very dissapointing. The use of "old Stock" after paying for "fresh stock is a concern.
and would make me now prone to try another flower/gift service to Vietnam.
Deliveries have always been completed in the requested time frame, but the few times when I needed to be sure the recipient would receive fresh flowers or gifts, I have been dissapointed.
This is soley my own opinion from my owm experience. I don't hold any bad feelings about this service, just concerns as being able to always trust that what have ordered would be delivered were fresh items.
