Don't call here if you need something over a weekend for something unexpected, like a funeral. Too busy telling me what time they closed and how much he had to do and how he couldn't do anything until Tues. Explained order was for a funeral but they close at 12:00 pm on Saturday as it was made very clear to me.

I have been ordering flowers from Albert's for many years over their website. Again, today, I made two separate orders - one for a birthday at a private home, and one for a patient at Huntsville Hospital. Albert's has always provided the best of flowers and service for me and my wife. I wouldn't use anyone else in town.

Very courteous, needed same day delivery that afternoon and it was taken care of beautifully.
