At first this shop came off as a pretty good place to me, but I am slowly growing extremely impatient with them! I dropped my car off for them to check out a couple of issues on July 1st. The shop offers to drop you off at work and pick you up from work at no extra charge. I felt that, that was a really convenient option that the shop offered! I informed the driver that my shift ended at 4pm that day, but I ended up having to call the shop at 4:15pm, and I didn't get picked up from my job until almost 4:45pm. I didn't sweat it too tough because we're all human at the end of the day, and people make mistakes. When I arrived at the shop, my vehicle was ready for me to drive home. One of the managers filled me in on the issues, informed me that he would make a few calls, and that the shop would call me and let me know if they could fix the problem. Unfortunately, it is now July 13th and I still have no answers! The company my warranty is with hasn't been notified with a diagnostic, and although I called and spoke with someone at the shop today, who by the way informed me that the fault was on them AND that she would call me back with answers, I still haven't been notified and I STILL have no answers!!
