I had been using the Infiniti dealer for years to service my car but after using Diehl once, I won't take it back to the dealership for service again. They were professional, upfront about cost, clean, and timely. Please don't be turned off by the location. This company is a diamond in the rough. I learned of Diehl through a co-worker who has used them for years. I don't know if this helps you judge this review but I never write reviews and being an engineer, I am generally very critical of service.

I have used Diehl for several years. Ive got an older Toyota truck with over 200k miles, that I wont get rid of, and one of the reasons is that I know Diehl has done such a great job keeping it running at its best. They always show me the parts they have changed and have offered me better suggestions for my truck care than I would have followed elsewhere and would have spent alot more money. I trust them and will continue to use their services.
