      Horrible Service!! We recently spent $10,000 with Kemp's to get new carpeting and ceramic floors. The carpet installation went fine but the ceramic floor was terrible. The installer was apparently new to the business (2 months) and laid our tile with very sharp corners sticking up. He also installed all of the quarter round and then grouted the floor. This resulted in grout building up on the quarter round which then had to be repainted. They attempted to repair the tile once but only made the situation worse. They were supposed to come back a second time and after staying home from work to meet them , they never showed. I was told that the tile crew went to another job. I would never recommend them to anyone that is looking to install tile flooring. Save yourself a lot of money and do it yourself. It can not look any worse than their installation job!, A local favorite, or highly recommended because
