Enjoyed Shrimp on the BarBe, bloomin onion, steaks. Would eat there again.

My daughter and her boyfriend, went to eat here last night note I said went. The hostess was so rude to them they ended up leaving. My daughter was so upset that I was going to call management to let them know. After reading prior review decided manager probably didn't care. My family won't be dining at this Outback anytime soon. Will take our business where it is appreciated.

My husband and I dined here on 1-14-2008 for my birthday. When the food arrived to the table, my steak was not what I had ordered. I was going to eat it any way and not say anything. When I tried to eat it, it was not cooked enough. I told the waitress to put it in a box and I would take it home. She offered to have it cooked some more, but I declined. The manager came out to talk to us. He was very rude informing me how I should order my steak next time. I told him I had asked for it to be a little pink on the inside. This steak was very red and every time I cut into it bloody juice filled the plate. I tried to explain this to him but he kept trying to tell me how to order next time. I told him this was not even what I ordered. He took it to the kitchen staff and they confirmed it wasn't what I ordered. He brought it back and said he'd take it off the check.He then tried to tell me again how I ordered it cooked wrong. He never apoligied for my order being wrong. I thought this was very poor customer service. I would not recommend this business because I don't think they value their customers.
