Founded in 1972, SkyWest Airlines offers a variety of traveling solutions for individuals and businesses. It has partnerships with more than 430 daily flights. The airline is also a United Express carrier along the West Coast and provides over 980 daily departures, as well as serves the United Express hubs in Los Angeles, Portland, San Francisco and Denver. SkyWest Airlines employs nearly 10,000 people in approximately 30 U.S. states. It operates a fleet of more than 280 aircraft, including the EMB 120, the Bombardier CRJ200, CRJ700 and CRJ900, as well as over 50 Embraer and nearly 100 turboprop aircraft. The airline carries approximately 20 million passengers annually. SkyWest Airlines is a wholly owned subsidiary of SkyWest, which handles more than 1,550 scheduled departures.
