i was very pleased with the customer service and the time frame it took to repair my phone, however my screen guard was broken and I was told that it would be replaced. that has been over a month ago.. i have called several times and feel now that i am getting the run around... i am hoping that the protector will be replaced soon because if not and my screen gets damaged,,, i am going to hold RTS responsible... thank you Barbara Morris
