Provided by YP.comI am truly not one to complain, but I am very displeased with the service I received at Texarkana Eye Associates, Idabel branch!! I bought glasses for my 4 year old daughter 2 months ago. She managed to scratch them up so I pursued looking into if they had a replacement warranty since we had upgraded to polycarbonite lenses. I was told by Idabel branch that they only had warranties on anti-reflective lenses, whereas the Texarkana branch said that the polycarbonite and scratch coated lenses should have warranties also. I had my insurance get involved and they agreed that the lenses should have a warranty and should be able to be replaced once within a year. Texarkana eye again would not agree to have them fixed. The insurance lady called the Lab that Texarkana eye uses and they also agreed that the lenses would have a warranty on them for replacement. Regardless of the warranty that my insurance had on polycarbonite lenses Texarkana Eye-Idabel branch continued to refuse. BEWARE!! They DO NOT HONOR any warranty your insurance may carry on lenses except when you have anti-reflective lenses. I believe that is a very poor policy when the insurance is openly agreeing to replace the lenses if Texarkana Eye would just send them in. They want me to spend $50 more dollars to buy new lenses. I WILL NOT use them again. I do feel that i need to add, though, that Texarkana Eye in Texarkana was very helpful and nice with all conversations I had with them and I definitely will consider them as a place I take my daughter to in the future because apparently they don't have the same policies as the Idabel branch.
