I have been a customer of Aptive for several years now and always receive excellent service. Today my quarterly service was done by Justin Jones. He was very polite, courteous and respectful. He asked if there were any problems that needed to be addressed inside. There were none, so he did the outdoor treatment in a fast and efficient manner. Awesome job Justin Jones! - Karen B.

Larry A. (out of Indy) serviced my home this past Saturday and he has been the most professional tech out of everyone by far. Good Attitude and work ethic!

I called we saw a mouse inside the home. Aptive was here the next day. The yard was treated and a trap set outside. Jose B swept the gutters and different areas outside. Trap were set in the home. The best part they will come back to retrieve the trap. Jose B listened and educated me. As a single female, I was terrified and his calmness help relieve my anxiety.

Derick Mcculley came by today. I wasn’t home to see him spray, but my abundance of spider webs were missing from my eaves. I’ve been dealing with re-infestations after my initial service and follow up. This reservice seems to have removed all of that. Hopefully the spiders and ants don’t come back again. The techs have all been amazing thus far. Derick seems to have done a great job, and hopefully the product will live up to the hype this time.

I just had our 1st regular inspection to our house today by Don of Aptive, He was very knowledgeable about all the little critters that can really `bug` you on a summer afternoon. He answered all of my questions that I had about a few bugs that I had seeen and said if seen again let Aptive know and they would take care of them. Very nice to know that he takes such pride in his work. Thanks again Don, great job!

I was a bit reluctant initially to accept Aptive's services. The sales representative was very professional, handled my objections in a manner that allowed me to understand the benefits of the service and I moved forward. After a great experience with my sales rep, Josh wowed me with his professional approach explaining every step of the process and what the outcomes will be, and if not satisfied simply call and we will return to make the situation right.

Horrible door-to-door sales tactics! They came into our town without permits or background checks and they were extremely rude. Several postings of them coming back multiple times after being told to leave, disrespectful of no solicitation signs on properties, very combative when told residents are not interested.

Our technician, Ryan Byrd, did a great job and was very friendly!

Kyle Wolfe did a great job! He was punctual, professional, and took the time to conversation and address all of our questions! Great service!
