You know someone is impeccably honest when the first thing they tell you is "we could fix this for $X, but you are probably better off just buying a new refrigerator considering how much it will cost." If I ever have another appliance issue, Brother Appliance is who I will call.

The guy who came out was very thorough and friendly. he had the part on the truck which was nice, and didn't mind me watching and learning a thing or two.
