It was a real pleasure shopping at this Lowe’s location. The level of customer service I experienced was unmatched and truly spectacular. A gentleman named Alex in the lumber department went above and beyond the call of duty by answering all of my questions, meeting all of my stated needs, and helping me to explore new ideas for various projects that would have never even crossed my mind without his extraordinary expertise and most valuable insights leading the way. I can’t thank him enough, and I am definitely looking forward to doing additional business with him in the future! I hope the management team at this store recognizes his exceptional performance engaging with customers like myself, rewards his hard work and dedication, and retains his genuine talent in house for the long term. I plan to shop at this Lowe’s store exclusively for home improvement goods even though it’s not the nearest one to my residence all thanks to Alex and his genuine passion for helping people like me visualize new innovative ways to complete jobs with much better results than I ever could have ever imagined. I highly recommend this store to my friends and family and anyone else who might happen to stumble across this authentic raving review of mine.

My wife purchased a grill from the Lowe's store on N. Shadland Ave in Indianapolis IN. The assistant manager Charles is less than professional, and does not care about his customers. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the general manager and have not gotten a response. When I finally got fed up with the run around, I called Lowes Corp Customer Service. I spoke with a lovely lady that seemed like she was going to take care of the issue. This has been going on for over 2 years. They sold me a grill that is falling apart I will post pictures shortly. After speaking with Charles today and basically being called a liar and that he was not going to do anything that was promised on the call with Customer Service. I realized that I am stuck with a $700.00 grill that does not work. Lowes has gotten so big that it does not value its customers anymore. It's apparent that the general manager avoids speaking with upset customers, and allows his employees to be rude. I use to love Lowes now its a joke!!!!
