Very unhappy with this dealership in the service department. Not only did they NOT repair my automobile, they wanted me to pay for it! When I explained that it was not fixed and therefore I should not pay for it, I was told to go to another auto dealer next time. They also pad their prices: for example, they are much higher than other places when comparing. They tell you you will pay only a certain price and when you get the bill, it is higher, though they did correct it when I pointed it out to them. But I get the feeling they try to put one over on customers, especially single women. They will suggest you car may need something done and if you aren't knowledgable, you might tell them to go ahead and do the work when it's not necessary. I recently complained and was told to go to another dealership.
