The largest donation-based Yoga studio in Orange County! We believe Yoga provides the antidote to the stressors and chronic illnesses caused by our modern society. Yoga is so much more than just a physical practice, its a mechanism for creating positive change in all aspects our lives. On our Yoga mats, we learn to slow down and balance our bodies, our breath and our minds; however we can maintain this state of ease and clarity off the mat and take it into every moment of our lives. Bringing the practical applications of Yoga to life, providing tools and practices for our students to become healthier, happier versions of themselves. It has been our dream to create a sacred space for EVERYONE to practice Yoga and integrate the timeless teachings of Yoga philosophy off the mat. Its important to us to offer classes of all levels and specialty classes, so everyone can experience the healing benefits of Yoga.

Amenities

Two beautiful yoga studios with complimentary mats, blankets, blocks and straps. No membership fees, contracts, or auto-renewals. Pay as you go. Suggested donation between $10-$20 per class. Kirtans, workshops, art installations, pot lucks and community events also offered.
