Worst company ever!! Truly. Currently 10 out of 21 laundry room machines are broken. Their website says they will "be on their way" once a service request is submitted. Ha ha ha. Since our Texas high-rise retained CSC, we've never had all machines working at once to my knowledge. And rarely is just one machine broken. Broken this, broken that...they do not return the management company's calls. It appears no one at any level in the company cares about their contractual obligations or reputation. All I can say is thank goodness we got rid of the management company whose poor judgement led to hiring CSC, and we can't get rid of CSC soon enough.
