Residents are extremely nice and friendly. Hard to keep Management and maintenance! I've done several jobs for this company and never had problems getting paid, but their organization skills needs Major improvement! Nothing gets done because they're located outta Texas and their regional is outta Grand Rapids!!! I actually still do lots of work for the residents there and they all seem to keep saying its not the managers or the maintenance its the "Company" seeing how I've witnessed first hand that sometimes the budget doesn't allow, I've also witnessed Lack of Leadership!! When your employees can only work with what the got, then you find a way to make things work! Not keep firing and hiring people with the same budget!! When you have someone working for you tearing down mobile homes in the same week that others have been working on for months, you keep your word and supply them with the jobs discussed and agreed upon! Overall the place has Great Potential they need to start looking past the mangers and maintenance and dig deeper! A person who doesn't respect his employees, residents, and only cares for his/her own paycheck will drive a company/business under everytime!!
