I did a contract with Randstad earlier this year. I do not know if this is typical Randstad behavior, or just the person managing the project - but it didn't go so well.



Pay was good, especially for the work involved. But their communication and direction with the project was horrible.



They really had no game plan going into the project. And randomly we'd go without work for a week or so. Finally one snow day hit, they told us to go home until further instructed otherwise. They never called any of us back. If we tried calling them, they'd either ignore our calls or put us on hold/hang up on us.



Very sloppy and unprofessional.

I would love to work for them..
