Provided by YP.comNever in my life have I been treated with such a lack of respect and common courtesy, as I was today in the Issaquah branch of U.S. Bank. My brief visit there was insulting, degrading and completely unprofessional.
If I have my way, my husband and I will close our accounts there and re-open one across the street at Bank of America, where I have another account. They have always been helpful, courteous and very professional. Isn't that, after all, what we should all require from an institution that handles our money?

Provided by YP.comConsidering the fact that there are tons of banks located within one block of each other, you would think that all the banks would provide great customer service. I walked into US Bank located on Gilman and I have not seen a more unprofesional group of people working in a bank in my life. It was particularly two guys who were sitting behind their desks throwing things at each other and cracking inappropriate jokes. Needless to say, I closed my account that day and opened one up at Bank of America.
