The staff at Bartley Healthcare provided excellent care for my grandmother but more importantly they provider her comfort. She had the same nurses and caregivers everyday who became intimate with her unique needs and habits. My family knew that my grandmother felt safe and was well cared for. She always had a smile on her face when we visited and she never had a complaint. The activity department had a variety of programs for her to participate. We liked that my grandmother could have her three meals in the dining room. She enjoyed the food and socializing with her friends. From the moment we walked in the door me and my family felt that Bartley Healthcare was the right choice. The staff was friendly, the building was clean and it seemed like home. Bartley Healthcare is a five star facility and I would highly recommend it.
