Never met a person in a business that needed more people skills then the person I just ran into at Countyline hardware. He couldn’t have been more abrasive. Needed warranty work done on the lawn mower and it seemed he wanted no part of it because I didn’t go through him first. Not sure what his real problem was but from past write ups it seems I’m not the only person he’s acted this way too. Avoid county line hardware at all costs

I dealt with this owner a lot through the years both before and after my time in the Army. He has ALWAYS been a frigging prick. I like to support local businesses as much as the next guy, but I started going to big box hardware stores because of him. I've personally witnessed him yell at customers on numerous occasions as well as send women crying from his store. He will NEVER have my business again.
