Very very rude, called about their truck polluting very badly and the guy (Wayne) didn't care so I told him I would call the city and he cussed at me, not ever have I heard a "business person" like that. I really can't express how rude and to top it off they did my grandmother's tile and it hasn't been 3 years and her grout is falling out and they tried to act like she didn't pay them and tried to double charge her. Do not use these people just go somewhere else.

These folks are fanstasic!!! They went above and beyond. I would never call anyone else. I called other places that wanted to charge me twice as much.

These guys installed my septic tank and drainfield two years ago. The drainfield is now not working according to Metro Rooter who drained the tank. I has been a week of me calling these guys to come out and they keep telling me they will and then never show up. Every time I call them back the girl that answers keeps making up BS excuses for why they didn't show the day before. They are trying to blow me off because they don't want to fix their shotty work. I am now considering legal action against them. These guys are terrible, I would never use them again.

SISTER COMPANY AA SEPT TANK DRAINED MY SEPTIC TANK IT WAS FULL AGAIN IN 2 WEEKS.

I WAS TOLD I NEED A NEW DRAIN FIELD. ALL FLORIDA SEPTIC CAME OUT,THEY DAMAGED MY EXSISTING TANK WHICH FORCED ME TO HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW TANK FROM THEM, I WAS AT THEIR MERCY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR. THEY TOOK HALF A YEAR TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY LIED ABOUT WHEN THEY FILED FOR MY PERMIT. I WAS TOLD THEY FILED AND WHEN I WENT TO THE STATE HEALTH DEPT FOUND NOTHING WAS FILED. WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD FILE FOR IT THAT DAY TO KEEP MY JOB. THEY HAVE VERY POOR WORK ETHICS. USES PROFANITY TO CUSTOMERS THAT SPEND THOUSANDS OF HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM.
