DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY MOVE YOU!!! They were contracted to move a mattress set for Sam's Club and total botched the delivery. The driver called and asked for directions to the apartment office, we asked the delivery guys if we could pay $20 dollars to change the address to his apartment a couple of blocks away. The deliver guys then tried to negotiate with him for $50. We told them to wait a few minutes and we'd call them back. We tried to contact them again and tell them to deliver to the original destination, however, they apparently left with our mattress set without telling us. We continually tried to call and text them over the next two hours but they would not answer their phone or return our texts.
The next morning I called their office and talked to the owner who was a total jerk. He refused to reschedule the order for his next trip into Gainesville and when I told him what had happened, he basically called me a liar. Trust all the 1-star reviews on this company because they are well-deserved. STAY AWAY FROM Florida Transfer & Storage or you will be sorry.

This is how Florida Transfer and Storage delivered my new cabinet today. The end of the box is smashed and wide open. The metal pieces inside have been ruined. Keep in mind that I did not open the box. This is exactly how it was left for me. They claimed that they took a picture that shows that the box was in good condition when they left it and that the damage could've occurred on my front porch after they left the box. Really? Trust the one star reviews of this company and stay away!
