They put my shirt aside, Which i needed for work, because they questioned a small hole. didnt tell me, couldnt find it which forced me to buy a new one. I got nothing in return not even store credit. On top of that i had to still pay for the cleaning... i appreciate them asking first but keep track of items... needless to say i was angry. Other then that they are great

Customer service is very courteous and helpful, and they go out of their way to get the details right. If I need special requests on alterations, or cleaning leather jacket, they take care of that too.
