This used to be the best place to go eat on a budget, and it was super kid friendly, not so much anymore. The last few times I was in there, the food runner did a better job of serving me than did my server. The food wasn't hot, it was not worth the price, and my party had to sit in three different booths, and our server got confused bc we were visiting with other members of our party. Chris Gnerk tried to make amends, as he is a manager, but his effort was defeated by poor quality in every area. I am from here, and do not recommend this establishment. Sorry Rubys!!
