I have very good experience with Z&R Moving. The crew came in time as asked. Both the persons were very friendly, quick and efficient. Every thing went smoothly. They handled the furniture very well. The owner was also very courteous. Every time I contacted him, he was available on the phone. The rates were very cheap than the other ones. I strongly recommend these guys to every one who intends to move

Great moving company. Move was fast (Boston--> NY), reliable (showed up on time) and affordable (very reasonable rates). I had no damaged furnitures and the owner was always accessible to answer any questions I had throughout the move.



Could not ask for more in a moving company. 5 star service.

Please don't use this company for even for a simple move.

1. Owner of the company is bad business man. He wants to make money by cheating people. He is a great cheater in the Desi community. He lies a lot. But clever to take the advantage.

2. He hasn't finish my moving but he took the money in full.

3. Didn't come on time to to move, he came 3 and half hours late, he is not even sorry for that.

4. He charged me for a Big Truck and At least 3 employee to move, But he sent a small truck with 2 people. 2 guys took 11 am to 6:30pm to load 2 bedroom of stuff.

5. one of the worker is good other one has a bad mouth. You can't tell him anything even when he break things. I had stuff in the garage+ 2 bed appartment (he sent only 2 guys to move) i had been averything before give me the price.

6. owner doesn't come to the spot while moving. Doesn't pick up the phone either. Completely cheater.

7. He told me i can take everything, then he lied. he didn't take all my furnitures.

8. His movers broke my furniture, he didn't cover it from his insurance. started job at 11 am finish unloading at 1:30am. Didn't even say sorry for that

12. I had to call him for the rest of the stuff, he brought me from 46 miles away, didn't show on time again+sent a small Quest Nissan Van, leftover things are not fitting( he Knows) then His guys left the place. never call me back. left me outside in the cold weather. then refused to move. Called him a few times. Doesn't pick the phone.

I wanted to forgive him, but he missed the opportunity. it's more than a week he didn't bring the rest of the stuff .

Bottom line: Still he didn't move the rest of the stuff. I let him go on that day because he promised to bring the rest. I just took his word. I haven't seen a beat dicency. He just wants to make money by cheating. I know people always complain about the moving. But this guy can me last person you will use for your moving.

Please don't use this guy. I suffered from the beginning to the end.
