General Info

Back in the late '60s, Ed Ullman and his father revived neglected grape vines where they lived at Kings Oak Farm in Huntingdon Valley. Wine was made shortly after that first endeavor into viticulture. Fast-forward to 1986: Ed and Lisa Ullman bought a 22 acre farm in Rushland, situated atop a ridge, just above the Neshaminy Creek. That year their house was built and the first acre of wine grapes were planted. A short 5 years later, the tasting room was opened across the driveway, and Rushland Ridge Vineyards & Winery was officially on the map as a Pennsylvania Limited Winery. Decades later, Rushland Ridge is still an estate-grown winery, growing 18 varietals on 6 acres. With anywhere between 9 and 14 different wines available for tasting, there is a wine for every palate, including a traditionally crafted Port.
