Great help

I am very unhappy with services provided by the Jasper Waterworks. I have family who lives on York Mountain Road. They only have water every other weekend during the summer and at 4:00 PM the water barely trickles. When they call to get help, heaven forbid it be the weekend. CHILDREN answer the phone. How can a child conduct business???? Everytime a report is filed with an adult, you are misled. They blame it on Blount Co Water or tell you a service man has been called. Today, the day before Christmas Eve, I have had to purchase several gallons of water for my family to manage. Merry Christmas? The least this water company can do is prorate the bills for these poor folks on York Mountain Road or supply the community with bottled water. What if this was your family?
