This place is horrible. They know nothing about animals the grooming people r rude. Not just once but from beginning to end. There was one man in there that was friendly and doing his job. We were waiting in line to pay while some man that worked there was standing behind the register talking on his cell phone and actually walked away when I asked the lady in front o us if he was going to ring her up and she replied "well I don't know he's on the phone" I wish I could remember the name of the man who was so nice and came right up to and was so embarrassed and kept saying he was so sorry. But it's not enough to get me to come back to the store again. And my dog didn't smell very good and had loose hair all over him. While I was shopping and waiting I could hear the small dogs crying out in pain as they were being cut. And not just one either. I don't think that is normal but I have never had a long haired dog either. Last $48 they will get from me.

i love love love the pet depot in jasper al .. it has everything i need and at really really great low prices and they have huge awesome amazing sales all the time .. i go there and shop all the time as of the past 2 weeks ive bought 4 new critter trail pet cages 2 sets of critter trail activity box sets 2 white mice 2 chinese dwarf hamsters 1 beta fish 5 other different kinds 9 of fish very pretty colors if i might add they have many to choose from .. i bought a small flying saucer wheel for my mouse and 2 igloo homes and 2 bags of hamsters feed and some bedding ,suction fish bowl fake plants and fake fish bowl rocks both glow in the dark wooden chew toys and several other items ... they have lots and are very friendly and very eager to help you in any way they can...

Jasper pet store sucks I will never shop or take my dog back there again !!!!!!! Rude and stupidest ppl work their just saying
