- Bucket & Bay Craft Gelato Co makes small batches of gelato completely from scratch. We use only the finest ingredients such as local 100% grass-fed cow milk, raw sugar, farmer's market produce, and organic stone ground chocolate. Our flavors are modern and creative, stirred by a passion for travel, cooking, and adventure. Our gelatos are infused slowly - each 6 litter batch takes us about 36 hours to create. We also serve fresh modern coffee, roasted in small batches and incredible fresh artisan pastries, baked with love. History Established in 2015. That Bucket! As a little girl, I got excited every time I saw that wooden bucket sitting in the middle of my grandparents' garage. There, my grandfather, who was a butcher and cabinet builder by trade, was churning THE BEST vanilla ice cream I remember from my childhood. And it is the inspiration behind my own small batch, handcrafted gelato! I hope you will have a chance to try it very soon, right here on BAY Street. The Gelato . . .
