Cargo or door to door takes forever ...time frame given a big hoax

WARNING!!!!! NOT A GOOD BUSINESS!I sent a package for my father via air freight hoping that it will be delivered instead of pick up like JOHNNY AIR. They assured of less than 2 weeks guaranteed delivery....sent if DEC 16, 2013. informed me that it will be delivered DEC 29. Charged me $138.00 for a box 19x13.5x3.5 declaring the content Iphone and laptop nothing more, (it only weight 8 lbs)... I asked several times if the package will there before the 5th of January since my father will be leaving on the 5th to Thailand and he needed the package...TO CUT THE LONG STORY SHORT... today Jan 8, in the Philippines and the package is STILL NOT DELIVERED... my father called the Philippines numbers and everybody is pointing fingers.. WHAT IS GOING ON?WHEN I CALLED THEM NOBODY PICKED UP!I CHAT (it state ONLINE....) BUT NOBODY RESPONDED!!!!WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOU HAVE!!!NEVER AGAIN!!...FILIPINOS!!! DON'T BE FOOLED....

We are having the same problem. Picked up September 3, as of today (November 9), no delivery. They promised one month!

The WORST cargo shipment company to the Philippines. Our cargo box was picked up end of July and it's already the 1st week of October and our family has not received it!!! Over 60 days and still waiting....
