I lived here from 2006-2008. My apartment was nice and when I moved out I received my entire deposit back plus interest. The only thing I did not like about it was that the Management staff changes constantly. Some were better than others. The maintenance staff is awesome and are quick to resolve issues. Another drawback is that each apartment only gets one parking space, so if you have two cars, you sometimes have to hunt for a space. There was some vandalism of vehicles when I lived there but was fortunate not to experience it personally. I was on the first floor and my apartment was pretty quiet and did not hear any noise.
