Please read this review before you commit to spend one day at MP.

Have you seen The Wire (you can be right next door to where it was filmed?) Do you like trailer parks? You can live right across the street from one. I will follow the lead of others and write in bullet points.

You will hear everything and that includes people’s intimate conversations (every single door opening and closing and every footstep). Dogs barking all day and all night.

You will wake up every morning at 5:30AM to 1000’s of 18-wheelers and have the pleasure of feeling the building shake as they drive by all day.

You will pay fees for parking and trash removal that are hidden fees until you move in.

You will never be able to use the amenities unless it’s during business hours.

You will never have a nice relaxing day at the pool with all of the unsupervised children shooting water guns and throwing objects. The paid lifeguard will not do anything to stop the behavior.

You will be treated like you are 2nd class by the property manager (who has never left her office chair). They are very unhelpful and treat all tenants poorly. The quote from the property manager I heard her tell her employee; “If they don’t like it, they can move”. It has worked, everyone is moving out.

You will have people enter your apartment without your permission.

You will never be safe to walk outside at any time day or night.

The garage and doors are supposed to be locked at all times, but will be broken for 3-months at a time and never fixed.



I could continue, but I will spare you the pain of daily life at MP. Living at MP was the worst year of my rental life and I would not recommend MP to my worst enemy. Please do not be courted by the fact rents have dropped over $250.00 per unit per month. Please do not respond or comment, my intent is to save other humans from a life of rental misery at MP. Do not be fooled, there is absolutely nothing luxury about MP.

It's a very nice place but you only have access to the club house during their business hours not after unless you rent, because someone scratched the bar accidently. Again it's a very nice place but you don't access to anything but the excercise room also your guest that's from out of town has to pay to use the pool. Let's not forget the parking that you have to pay for. Staff very friendly and nice very professional.

There are some design flaws:



First, there are no garbage shoots, have to walk allllll the way outside around the building or put the trash in your car and drive around?????? Crazy!!!



Second, the walls are not sound proof like they have stated. Still hear food steps and noise.



Third, Call box is useless. Only one at the very front, and even if you let the person in, they can only get so far because they still run into another key access door. So you have to get them regardless. Also depending on where you live, you have to walk through the garage parking.



Fourth, When leaving the secure garage, you still have to use your key swipe. When exiting, it should open up automatically. Key swipe should only be used when entering.



Hopefully they will address these issue. If they do then this would be a perfect spot to live.
