Residential & Commercial Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Certified by NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) since 1998, where members follow a higher standard for air duct cleaning and their requirements were established to provide a higher level of quality to consumers. Our company must meet stringent testing requirements in order to maintain our certification. NADCA's proper HVAC cleaning process involves two key components. Collection of contaminants should be done by placing your entire HVAC system under continuous negative pressure (suction) using our HEPA abatement equipment. All loose particles are extracted, collected & removed from job. Agitation of contaminants is the source removal part of our process through the use of compressed air nozzles & air whips. Used as agitation devices to loosen contaminants from duct surfaces & push them down toward our HEPA suction unit. Many low cost competitors are using a Rotobrush system which is only a one step process and they are not putting your whole system under suction. Don't be fooled by low cost service which can result in a low quality job. Dryer vent cleaning should be done yearly to avoid a potential fire hazard. Some of the signs it needs to be done is if it takes more than 50 minutes to dry clothes, your dryer is getting extremely hot during use or lint has built up around vent exhaust area. We offer Indoor Air Quality products to improve the air.
