Had an uncomfortable feeling when I initially spoke w/ Vanicky, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He did not come across as a professional. I sent him footprints of the modular, and he led me to believe he would get back to me soon. I waited a cple of days, and called him. He came across as not being very focused. He quoted me $150 a sqr ft. I was pleased with this number, asked him to send me something in writing. I emailed him about the quote, he responded, "the estimated cost per SF is $300 - $350". I realize that the price may change, but dbling +....WTFudge!! I asked why the price had increased so much, he responded with some BS steel and concrete answer. So it was obvious that he was giving me BS numbers I sent him. Since, I have discovered an honest modular company who can do the work for a fraction of Modular Genius' $150 a square foot quote. Do your research people, or work with MG and flush your time and hard earned money down the toilet. You suck Dave!
